How quickly will my order be shipped from Country Bubkins?All orders, unless they contain pre-order items, as those are dispatched within 24 hours via Australia Post. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days, and express shipping arrives in 1–3 business days. Weekend pickup is also available.

What is your return policy at Country Bubkins?Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that custom and pre-order items are non-returnable unless otherwise agreed.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item from Country Bubkins?Please contact us immediately with the reason you’re not satisfied. We’ll advise if you need to return the item for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Faulty items for exchange are sent via express post once received.
